About

We are a full service agency made up of problem solvers who want to help your business succeed.

Our Mission

That’s pretty simple. There are a lot of people out there trying to make it. We want to help. Yes, we’d like to pay a few bills along the way but mostly, we want to learn about what you do and who you are. Then we want to sit down, grind some gears and get to work on helping you take that idea or next project to it’s highest point. We want to be part of your team.

Who is the typical Creative Unity client?

It’s hard to say, since we don’t think of our clients as typical people. Over the years, we’ve worked with everyone from one man (or one woman) shows, teams of 2 or 3 people, to colleges and universities, to big businesses and government institutions. But most of our clients are small and medium businesses.

Why do we like SMB’s so much? It’s because we understand them. Small business people are driven and passionate, just like us. We do what we do because we love it, and we like working with people who feel the same way, regardless of how big or small they are.

Tony Snippe

CEO

People have asked me many times already the simple question of “Why?”, and to be honest, it’s one of my favourite questions, I usually ask anyone I deal with the same question. The answer is simple. Nobody puts as much passion and life into what they do for work as a small business owner. To them it’s not just about the money, or the 9 to 5. It’s a living, breathing thing that consumes them, makes them push themselves to their limits and beyond, leaves them with tears of frustration and shouts of joy at the victories! Every business owner has challenges and triumphs, no matter what size the business is. The people that can’t stop themselves and that believe in what they can accomplish are people I love to know. When Creative Unity can help with that process, whether it’s putting together a brand or simply being someone to listen when there’s a need to vent, helping people achieve their dreams is the best thing I could ever ask to do.

Piotr Rauchfleisch

Art Director & Digital Marketing Strategist

Design is where I started and it’s still my passion. However it is only a part of what I do now. Beginning my career with a start-up has provided me with a wide range of experience and insights which have provided me with a very interesting combination of skills. I studied Advertising at Algonquin College which helped me to see beyond what looks good or functional. I focus on the details that will help shape a positive user experience, whether it’s online or on paper,  I combine my knowledge of design, psychology and marketing to help create products that look great and show real results.

Lindsay Presley

Graphic Designer

Hi there, I am the Graphic Designer in our Ottawa Office. It was my goal to find a position that would allow for growth and additional learning experience in the ever-changing field of Design, Print and Web, and I found it here at Creative Unity. I graduated from Algonquin College and received a diploma in Print Media (2009). I graduated on the Deans Honors List, received the Print Media Peer Award Certificate of Recognition and was awarded the Print Media’s Heidelberg Canada Award for the demonstration of excellence in my ability to consistently maintain high quality in the design and production of printed material. I am a country girl at heart, and when I’m not a work I spend my time out in the boonies working with my horses, four wheeling and playing Euchre at the Hunt Camp.  Another passion of mine is figure skating… it’s just one more outlet for my creative mind.

Milan Santos

Web Developer

I graduated first at De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde with a degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Application. Afterwards, I worked for some companies for several years before I decided to take up Interactive Multimdeia Developer at Algonquin College.

I graduated summer of 2009 and started working as a full time web developer at Creative Unity. It was fun, I started sharing everything I know, and start learning new stuff. And since I enjoy everything about it, during my free time, aside from my other activities, I continue to do work as a freelance web developer, and sometimes teach myself new stuff that I can use for my job, plus do more video editing/animation.
